New Research: Cardiac Rehabilitation Availability and Density around the Globe

Despite the epidemic of cardiovascular disease and the benefits of cardiac rehabilitation (CR), availability is known to be insufficient.

According to new research ”Cardiac Rehabilitation Availability and Density around the Globe” CR was available only in 111/203 countries. Almost half of countries around the globe have absolutely no cardiac rehab and there is only one cardiac rehab spot for every 12 patients.
