The Position – Product Manager
Join us as Product Manager. As Product Manager you will be responsible for supporting the product development process all the way from reviewing initial business requirements (voice of customer) through to eventual product release.
You will be the link between R&D and sales & marketing and help us push the boundaries of innovation to produce beneficial solutions for our customers. You will also take ownership of product training content development and delivery to both employees, distributors, and end customers.
Roles and responsibilities
You will
- be in close cooperation with sales and R&D plan and define our product strategy and roadmap
- identify new product opportunities, build business cases and analyze and prioritize user needs
- be responsible for product training content development and delivery to both employees, distributors and customers
- prepare and conduct training events
- take ownership of customer product issues reported and seeing problems through to resolution
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Physiology, Engineering, Business, or a related field or equivalent combination of education, experience and training
- Experience of working in the rehabilitation and/or health & care sector as a physiotherapist or equivalent preferred
Requirements & Skills
- Demonstrates personal ownership, accountability, and is a self-starter
- Work collaboratively with other team members
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written in English
- Presentation skills and project management skills
- Passion for motivating, teaching, and facilitating
