Hotel Kaarle, Original by Sokos Hotels, replaced their pool with a gym in February 2014, which had been a wish from the customers for a long time. The guests want to take care of themselves and exercise also when away from home. So the costly pool had to step aside, and the response from the customers has been to 99% only positive.
A QUIET GYM IS WHAT A HOTEL NEEDS
In the 60 m2 gym, Hotel Kaarle offers their customers 5 HUR strength training machines, one HUR Pulley Functional Trainer, a couple of cross trainers and a tread mill. Mr Silvennoinen explains that the choice of equipment was easy. The familiar, safe, Finnish HUR equipment is smart, silent and has a beautiful design. Free weights and weight stack machines do not belong in the quiet surroundings of Hotel Kaarle.
